Order Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window after your order is placed.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow our standard return process.
Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, accessories, and included documentation.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Baby Lilo will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because of personal preference, sizing, or no longer needing it, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
